We offer Free Shipping, if you choose this, your items will be shipped using USPS First Class.
If you want expedited shipping, please make your choice from the Shipping Menu during checkout.
Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
If you choose Free Shipping, it should arrive within 3-5 business in the US, depending on
your zip code. Tracking is automatically sent to your email after your order is placed.
All international shipping is shipped with USPS First Class International.
Sadly, as of Friday, September 7, 2021, NPR is forced to suspend international services to Australia. This suspension is due to COVID-19 transportation cancellations and restrictions in AU International Service Center.
Unfortunately, tracking is unavailable to some international countries. I can provide proof of shipping, but once it leaves the USA, I cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages, once your package has shipped you need to contact the USPS post office for your zip code.
Delivery Confirmation is included for First-Class International and Priority Mail,
International Flat Rate Envelope & Small Flat Rate Box packages going to the following countries ONLY: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal*, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.
Note: Date-specific delivery guarantees are not available for Priority Mail Express International postage purchased online.
*International Customers: Purchasing insurance for orders worth more than $50.00 is recommended. I am NOT responsible for lost packages.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS:
If the USPS delivery confirmation system says your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office for your zip code as they will be best able to help you track down your parcel faster. I am also happy to try to help you figure out what happened in any way I can.
All items are wrapped in a lovely gift box with a hand-tied silk bow and sent in a bubble wrap envelope.
